Printer information and print jobs
PrintTest.org calls the browser's standard print function after you press a print button. The browser and operating system display available destinations and send the job. The website does not receive your printer name, serial number, supply level, network address, print queue, or printed result.
Paper-size choices are held only in the active page state unless a future feature explicitly says otherwise. They are not submitted as a diagnostic history.
Hosting logs and basic technical data
Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser user agent, and similar security or delivery logs. These logs help operate the site, investigate abuse, and diagnose availability problems.
PrintTest.org does not currently offer user accounts or sell personal information. If analytics or advertising cookies are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
Email, corrections, and voluntary information
When you email the addresses on the contact page, your email provider and ours process the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Do not send printer passwords, private network details, purchase records, or other sensitive information.
Support messages may be retained as needed to respond, prevent abuse, document corrections, and improve the test pages. You may request deletion of a support conversation subject to legal and security retention needs.
External links and privacy choices
Links to printer manufacturers or other resources are governed by those sites' privacy practices. Opening an external link leaves PrintTest.org.
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to privacy@printtest.org. Applicable rights vary by location, and identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
