Permitted use of free printer test pages
You may use the test pages for personal, educational, office, repair, and evaluation purposes. You may save a PDF for your own diagnostic workflow or print physical copies as needed.
You may not resell, repackage, scrape at disruptive volume, remove source identification for republication, or present the site's patterns and guidance as your own service without permission.
Printer diagnostic limits and user responsibility
The pages provide general visual diagnostics. They do not inspect hardware, guarantee a diagnosis, measure calibrated color, or replace model-specific service documentation. Several faults can create similar printed symptoms.
You are responsible for selecting the correct paper, media settings, supplies, maintenance steps, and safe operating procedures. Follow the printer manufacturer's documentation, especially before disassembly, deep cleaning, firmware changes, or use of chemicals.
Availability, accuracy, and warranties
The site is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every browser, printer, driver, and media combination. Browser and driver updates can change printed output.
We work to keep patterns and explanations accurate and welcome reproducible corrections, but no test result guarantees that a printer is free of defects or suitable for a production job.
Content rights and limitation of liability
Original page designs, text, and test patterns are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product and company names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
To the extent allowed by law, PrintTest.org is not liable for consumed ink or paper, maintenance costs, lost output, printer damage, business interruption, or indirect loss arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so local law may provide additional rights.
